Refugee Resettlement

Legal services:

Tens of thousands of people now seek refuge in the United States. Many of them Haitians, Venezuelans, Salvadoran and other people from Latin America and Africa, including Haitian humanitarian parolees, face complex immigration legal challenges as they work toward securing a permanent future here.

MCIRI helps them navigate the U.S. legal immigration system by providing access to free immigration legal services and legal orientation.

Family and Community Support

We make a powerful impact on people and communities by breaking cycles of poverty and trauma.

Our family centers are warm and welcoming places in the community. We offer parenting education, child development activities, support groups, resource fairs, community referrals and connections to basic needs like food, clothing, health care, housing, and employment. Our caring and committed staff represent the communities and cultures we serve.

We offer multiple family support programs in North Central Massachusetts providing basic needs assistance, and resource navigation.
